Role Overview 🚀
As a Strategic Employee Benefits Consultant you will own a portfolio of Enterprise, Major and Significant customers ensuring they get the most value out of our OneHub Benefits product. You'll work alongside the Customer Success Director to provide guidance, advice and consultancy support to customers on everything employee benefits related. This will cover both new customers being implemented for the first time and existing customers renewing.
Responsibilities 🤘
- Meeting the key target areas of: Growth, Retention, NPS and Customer Engagement.
- To work alongside the Customer Success Director to provide guidance, advice and consultancy support to customers through the Strategy and Success phases of the renewal process and for any large change activity.
- Provides specific advice and guidance to customers pre-renewal on how they can meet their stated objectives through the use of OneHub products and third-party provider offerings.
- Provide insight and thought leadership on the latest developments in the market.
- To be commercially aware and be able to produce any costs required by customers and manage commercial conversations for the relevant areas covered by strategic consultancy.
- Responsible for the completion of the high-level scoping/change document.
- Facilitates detailed requirement gathering sessions between customer and delivery team, where required.
- Provides oversight on ongoing build activity for their customers.
- Provide ongoing Consultancy advice to customers throughout scheme year and is the first point of contact for all change requests, including the pricing of all change for their customers.
What are we looking for? 🔎
- Employee Benefits knowledge. Confident discussing market trends, benefits strategies and how customers can get the most our of their benefits solution.
- Experience in customer facing roles. Proven ability to work with a range of stakeholders, understand their needs and communicate effectively.
- Excellent communication skills: presentation, verbal, written.
- Excellent organisation and time management skills.
- Positive, growth mindset.
- Collaborative. Comfortable working across teams and stakeholders to deliver great customer outcomes and taking ownership when issues arise.
- Continuous improvement mindset. Always looking for ways to improve themselves and the team/department
