Role Overview π
Weβre looking for a Partner and Affiliate Administrator to join our Marketplace Partnerships team. In this role, youβll handle all customer queries related to our Discount products, ensuring timely and effective solutions, as well as working on measures to improve the overall site experience. This is an excellent opportunity to kickstart your career in brand management and make a real impact.
Responsibilities π€
- Be responsible for handling all customer queries, supporting employees using our Discount product.
- Manage employee issues and queries with brands and affiliates, such as questions related to cashback, errors in usage.Β Β
- Working on quality assurance of offers, deals and brands
- Liaise with the Affiliate and Partnership team to improve employee experience on site
- Champion quality across the site, raising ways we can improve the overall site experience.
- Audit the site checking that discounts are still valid to reduce employee issues and contacts
What are we looking for? π
- Someone who enjoys giving exceptional customer service and resolving customer issues.
- Experience in customer facing and/or admin based roles.
- Demonstrates problem solving skills and able to use their initiative to find a resolution
- Interest in developing in a career in marketing, as evidenced by participating in relevant grad schemes, internships or education.
- Possesses proficient computer skills.
- Exhibits excellent written communication skills.
- Previous experience with partnerships and brands is nice to have, but not crucial.
