Role Overview 🚀
Our Platform Delivery team is responsible for ensuring customers receive a high quality, best fit, OneHub solution which helps drive an exceptional employee experience.
Our Lead Consultants are experts in the field, with an in-depth knowledge of employee benefits and the OneHub platform. You will be driving our delivery with large multi-national clients and ensuring that we're delivering what we say we will, when we will.
You'll be liaising directly with clients to discover their needs and ensure we're able to solve those needs, while working with internal stakeholders of all departments to deliver!

Responsibilities 🤘
- Take ownership of a customer portfolio, predominantly formed of significant and
enterprise account customers, or those with higher complexity schemes. - Gather and document customer requirements, producing detailed designs that
address specific customer needs while adhering to best practices.
- Consult customers into solutions that help them to achieve their overall project
goals, ensuring feasibility of requirements can be delivered within our technology.
- Configure OneHub to meet customer requirements.
- Guide Customers through Customer Acceptance Testing (CAT) phase, ensuring
seamless communication, addressing feedback, and facilitating a successful and
satisfactory testing process. - Collaborate effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders, spanning internal
teams and external parties, to ensure streamlined communications and successful
outcomes.
- Proactively mitigate risks within your customer projects, working closely with the
Platform Delivery Manager to solve issues.
- Ensures project collateral and tracking measures are accurate at all times across
the portfolio.
- Achieve high quality outcomes for your customers, measured against defects raised, timeliness and NPS.
- Undertakes business process analysis for both customer and internal department
processes, seeking improvements and efficiencies. - Lead global programme initiation.
- Oversees consulting on global standards – Reporting, HRIS, payroll, global benefits, use of PB, etc.
- Acts as programme lead consultant for large Global Customers responsible for the
best practice design of the overall global solution.
What are we looking for? 🔎
- Employee benefits experience, or experience driving a global tech implementation.
- Detail orientated, quality driven and a meticulous planner.
- Effective communicator: comfortable communicating complex, often technical,
points in ways appropriate to audiences that may vary from non-technical to
highly technical, and through various verbal and written methods. - Proficient in establishing, enhancing, sustaining, and advocating for best practices,
new business processes and products.
- Coding knowledge is desirable, but not necessary
