Role Overview 🚀
With our recent acquisitions the company has doubled in size and we are quickly working towards becoming the global market leader for employee experience. Scaling in a sustainable people-first way is critical to our growth plans.
As the Head of People Operations you will be a key member of the People leadership team, responsible for owning our global People Ops strategy. Ensuring that our People/HR data, processes, systems and tooling meet the needs of our fast growing business. This will require working closely with senior stakeholders across the business, our IT team and People team - constantly reviewing the needs of our business and employees, and identifying new ways to improve how we work (AI, automation, self-service, tooling).
As part of your role, you will be responsible for leading, growing and managing our talented HR Admin and People Ops team.
People tech stack: HiBob, Lattice, Peakon, ResourceLink (Payroll), Teamtailor (ATS), Thrive (LMS).
Responsibilities 🤘
- Owning the global HR tech strategy—from HRIS and payroll to benefits and analytics, you’ll make sure everything is seamlessly connected and future-proofed.
- Championing digital transformation—introducing AI-driven solutions, automation, and self-service tools to make HR faster, smarter, and more engaging.
- Leading our HR Admin & Ops team—ensuring smooth operations, efficiency, and best-in-class service delivery.
- Acting as the bridge between IT and HR—ensuring seamless integration of HR technology solutions while aligning IT infrastructure with HR needs.
- Building a world-class employee experience—simplifying and streamlining processes, so our people can focus on what they do best.
- Driving data-led decision-making—providing insights that shape our people strategy and ensuring data integrity across all platforms.
- Working cross-functionally—partnering with HR, IT, and business leaders to ensure our systems align with our vision and values.
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a long-term people operations strategy that supports business objectives and enhances employee engagement, performance, and retention.
- HR Infrastructure & Process Optimisation: Design and scale HR systems, policies, and processes to support a growing global workforce and ensure operational excellence.
- Compensation & Benefits Management: Design and optimise competitive compensation structures and benefits programs to attract and retain the best talent.
What are we looking for? 🔎
- Proven experience in People Ops. We are looking for someone with specific experience in People Ops, who has clear opinions on what "good" looks like, and is able to build out our People Ops function.
- Prior experience working in a global, high growth B2B SaaS company.
- Extensive experience in owning HR tech & systems (HRIS, payroll, benefits, rewards), ideally experience with HiBob.
- Experience in leading HR digital transformation projects, driving an automation and self-service first approach.
- Proven HR leadership experience, building and leading high performance HR teams.
- Proven track record of successfully building and scaling HR functions in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Proven experience in process improvement, someone who can optimise processes, reduce inefficiencies, and drive data-backed decisions that improve performance.
- A passion for data, AI, and emerging HR technology trends.
- A natural collaborator who can work with multiple stakeholders and influence at all levels.
- Ability to thrive in an ambiguous, rapidly changing environment and proactively solve complex challenges.

Our interview process
✌ Benefex understands the need to have a fast and efficient process, the below will all be completed in the shortest time possible.
📞 Initial call with the Talent team - 30 min
🧪 Online tests in numeracy and logical reasoning
⏳ Interview with the Head of People and 1-2 members of the people team - 60 min
🤩 Final interview with the Chief People Officer - 30-45 min
