Role Overview π
As a Lead Platform Delivery Consultant, you will play a critical role in setting up our customers for success. You will own a portfolio of global customers (on average between 2 and 5 a year), responsible for both new customers and renewals, with a focus on owning our largest or most complex customers.
You will work closely with each customer to ensure we are meeting their needs, and they are getting the most out of our platform. This means taking them from requirement refinement and solution design to technical implementation and testing, to launch and in-life support.
You will support the growth of the team and department through the mentoring of our consultants and you will be expected to feed into process or product improvement projects to support the continuous improvement of the department.
Responsibilities π€
- Take ownership of a customer portfolio, predominantly formed of significant and enterprise account customers, or those with higher complexity schemes.
- Gather and document customer requirements, producing detailed designs that address specific customer needs while adhering to best practices.
- Consult customers into solutions that help them to achieve their overall project goals, ensuring feasibility of requirements can be delivered within our technology.
- Configure OneHub to meet customer requirements.
- Guide Customers through Customer Acceptance Testing (CAT) phase, ensuring seamless communication, addressing feedback, and facilitating a successful and satisfactory testing process.
- Collaborate effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders, spanning internal teams and external parties, to ensure streamlined communications and successful outcomes.
- Proactively mitigate risks within your customer projects, working closely with the Platform Delivery Manager to solve issues.
- Ensures project collateral and tracking measures are accurate at all times across the portfolio.
- Achieve high quality outcomes for your customers, measured against defects raised, timeliness and NPS.
- Undertakes business process analysis for both customer and internal department processes, seeking improvements and efficiencies.
- Lead global programme initiation.
- Oversees consulting on global standards β Reporting, HRIS, payroll, global benefits, use of PB, etc.
- Acts as programme lead consultant for large Global Customers responsible for the best practice design of the overall global solution.
What are we looking for? π
- High desirable experience: implementing employee benefits solutions or B2B HR SaaS solutions
- Detail orientated, quality driven and a meticulous planner.
- You will have a proven history of top-level decision making, with your decisions affecting the whole project, rather than individual parts
- Experience in technical solution design: working with customers to understand their needs, propose and agree technical solutions
- Demonstrable expertise in global enterprise software implementation: designing and implementing software solutions across multiple countries for 100,000+users
- Ensuring we're compliant in brand-new territories as we build out our platform in global locations
- The ability to work with a range of technical and non-technical stakeholders and the ability to condense technical concepts into non-technical formats
- A history of system configuration, making hands on changes to the system to meet the customers needs.
- Experience in consulting, working with customers to advise on best practices, possible approaches and spotting opportunities to upsell.
- Coding knowledge is desirable, but not necessary
