What you will do 💼
As an Account Executive, you’ll drive the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing deals. You’ll work with complex B2B sales, helping businesses optimize their employee benefits strategy through our innovative HR Tech solution. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of workplace engagement while mastering SaaS sales.
Own your pipeline & close deals
- Proactively prospect and identify new business opportunities.
- Cold call and conduct outreach to book client meetings.
- Lead discovery calls, demo our platform, and present tailored solutions.
- Manage follow-ups, negotiations, and contract discussions.
- Close new deals for the SME client segment in the Nordics.
Drive sales & build relationships
- Engage with decision-makers daily to uncover needs and drive deals forward.
- Build strong relationships with clients across various industries (up to 500 employees).
- Engage with HR leaders and C-level executives, strategically navigating organizations to build a strong buying committee.
Master value-based selling
- Focus on solving real business challenges, not just selling tools.
- Become an expert in:
- Complex SaaS Sales
- Digital transformation within HR
- Employee benefits, employer branding & compensation strategies
- ROI- driven sales discussions.

Who you are 🔎
Experienced in B2B sales
- Outbound sales experience – you know how to build and close your own deals.
- Fluency in Swedish and English, spoken and written, is a must.
- Experience in solution-based sales is a plus.
- SaaS sales or HR Tech experience is a bonus.
Driven & always improving
- You have a proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets.
- You take responsibility for your own results and are motivated by achieving goals.
