About the role
As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be a key member of our support team, helping clients and suppliers with day-to-day inquiries. You’ll ensure every interaction is handled in a friendly, efficient, and professional way, leaving a lasting positive impression.
Your may responsibilities will include:
- Responding to client and supplier inquiries via phone, chat, and email with a professional and service-minded approach.
- Managing receipt handling—reviewing receipts, contacting end-users for missing details, and ensuring accuracy.
- Handling simpler cases independently, and escalating more complex matters to the right internal team.
- Collaborating with colleagues and contributing to a positive, team-oriented work environment.
Who we are looking for 🔎
To excel in this role, you’re collaborative and enjoy tackling challenges with a proactive, customer-focused approach. You have strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail, enabling you to handle customer cases efficiently and with care. Organized and adaptable, you manage multiple tasks at once while maintaining a high level of service. Your ability to work well with others and stay focused on delivering results helps create positive outcomes for both customers and the team.
Required qualifications:
- 1–2 years’ experience in a service-oriented role, ideally in a high-paced environment.
- Strong skills in MS Office (Outlook, Teams, Word).
- Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
- Previous Customer Service experience.
- Experience with Jira and/or Salesforce.
- Good skills in Excel.

Practical information
Start: As soon as we find the right match, preferably in September🧐
Extent: Full-time, fixed-term until January 30, 2026.
Location: Apelbergsgatan 33A, Stockholm. The role is performed on-site.
