About the role
As a Key Account Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing and growing relationships with some of Sweden’s largest companies. With commercial ownership of your accounts, you’ll drive customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth through upselling, cross-selling, and strategic account planning. Acting as a trusted partner, you’ll work proactively to understand customer needs, maximize the value of our platform, and strengthen customer relationships.
You will for instance
- Manage commercial relationships with enterprise customers
(+1000 employees). - Drive upselling, cross-selling, and renewal strategies.
- Proactively identify opportunities to optimize customer success.
- Analyze customer data to enhance platform usage.
- Promote new features and strengthen customer engagement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver the best customer experience.

To succeed as a Key Account Manager, you are initiative-taking and proactive in strengthening customer relationships and driving long-term success. You excel at relationship-building, fostering trust, navigating complex discussions, and confidently engaging with stakeholders at all levels. With a customer-oriented mindset, you anticipate needs, deliver tailored solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction. Your business-minded approach and strategic thinking enable you to manage commercial relationships, identify upsell opportunities, and drive revenue growth while ensuring high Net Retention Rate.
We expect you to have
- Solid experience in Key Account Management, where upselling and crosselling was a main part of the role, preferably with Enterprise customers.
- Professional proficiency in Swedish and English, spoken and written.
- Relevant degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience working with senior stakeholders (CEOs, CFOs, CHROs, purchasing departments).
- Excellent presentation and communication abilities.
- Strong negotiation skills and experience of managing pricing discussions, contracts and customer renewals.
It's a bonus if you also have
- Background in consultative sales or business development.
- Experience within SaaS, HR Tech or Benefits.
- Familiarity with data-driven account management and customer analytics.
