About the role
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you’ll be at the heart of our growth, creating opportunities and building a qualified pipeline for our Nordic enterprise sales team. Through outbound activities, you’ll connect with prospects and contribute to Benifex’s success.
This is a role where you’ll never stand alone. You’ll receive coaching from experienced managers and work closely with a collaborative SDR team who share knowledge and celebrate wins together. With the right support, a successful start as an SDR can open the door to many exciting career paths within Benifex.
You will for instance
- Book qualified meetings for the Nordic enterprise sales team.
- Prospect via cold calls, LinkedIn, and email campaigns
- Create, run, and evaluate outbound sales sequences.
- Qualify inbound leads and convert them into opportunities.
- Drive awareness by inviting target accounts to webinars and sharing content.
- Collaborate with Sales Managers and Marketing on creative outreach campaigns.
- Share activity updates and results in sales meetings.
Who we are looking for 🔎
We are looking for a driven, curious and self-motivated team player with strong organizational skills, able to plan and prioritize effectively. You should be sales-oriented, motivated by reaching and exceeding targets while building trust and long-term relationships. Strong communication skills are essential, both written and verbal, with the ability to adapt your style to different audiences. Finally, we value someone initiative-taking, who proactively spots opportunities, takes action, and approaches challenges with confidence.
We expect you to have
- Experience in B2B sales or customer service.
- Professional language skills in Swedish and English, spoken and written.
- Enthusiasm and determination to succeed in SaaS sales.
- Strong communication skills and a confident phone manner.
- A positive mindset and genuine interest in learning.
- Good skills in the MS Office package.
It's a bonus if you also have
- Experience as SDR/BDR, ideally in SaaS or HR Tech.
- Comfortable with outbound prospecting and experience using CRM/sales tools (e.g. Salesforce, Sales Navigator).
- Experience of SaaS or HR Tech, ideally where you've been selling towards the Nordic market.
- Fluency in Norwegian or Danish.
- Post-secondary education (e.g. university or vocational training) in business, marketing, or a related field.
